Where do I collect my order?
At the checkout stage of your order, you will be prompted to choose the nursery from which you’d like to collect your items. Once your order is ready for collection at your selected nursery, an automatic email notification will be sent to you.
No, we don’t provide delivery options. Instead, we offer a complimentary collection service from your chosen nursery.
To initiate an exchange or refund, kindly reach out to your Nursery manager. Please ensure that the items are returned in a clean and unworn condition, preferably in their original packaging. You have a 14-day window from the date of receiving your order to request an exchange or refund.
When a refund is initiated, Stripe, our payment provider, processes the refund requests with your bank or card issuer. You can expect to see the refund reflected as a credit in your account approximately 5-10 business days later, the exact duration depending on your bank’s processing time.
